Building a National Movement
US2020’s mission is to change the trajectory of STEM education in America by dramatically scaling the number of STEM professionals engaged in high-quality STEM mentoring with youth. We are specifically focused on programming that supports underserved and underrepresented students. US2020 launched at the 2013 White House Science Fair and is now building a working community of committed companies, organizations, schools, government agencies, and cities. This community is leading the way in building a quality-driven STEM Mentoring Movement.
These cities are experimenting with new strategies for increased impact, pioneering a learning community to accelerate each other's work, and building a STEM mentoring movement.
